Founded by Amy, a lifelong lover of all things coffee and country, this little dream started with early mornings, trail rides, and a Leopard Appaloosa named Freckles always close by. Amy’s passion for a good, strong cup of coffee runs as deep as her roots in the cowboy way of life. Inspired by the simplicity, grit, and warmth of the West, she created Cowboy Coffee to capture that same spirit — bold, comforting, and full of character.
